Refund Policy
Like everything else we do, we try to make things as simple as possible. And that’s what we’ve done here by making the Refund Policy as straight forward as we can, with no hidden clauses and no fine print. That said if you happen to find anything here a bit confusing, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.
The following refund policy applies to all paid tútrack subscription services, both Premium and General Memberships.
All Memberships, Premium, General and free, are bound by the Terms Of Use for the tútrack.com site.
Annual Plan (Monthly Instalments)
This membership is for a twelve month period with payments made on a monthly basis. We will charge your credit card with the monthly instalment fee at the start of your membership. We will continue to charge your credit card on a monthly basis until the twelve payments have been made. You may cancel your membership with us by notice in writing (an email is sufficient). Upon cancelling your twelve month membership period the remaining outstanding instalment amounts will be charged to your credit card and no further fees will be charged. Membership will be terminated at the time of refund.
Annual Plan (Upfront)
We will charge your credit card with the annual membership fee at the start of your membership. We will continue to charge your credit card on an annual basis until you cancel your membership. We will send you a courtesy reminder by email when fees become due prior to that fee being charged to your credit card. You may cancel your membership with us by notice in writing at any time without incurring a cancellation fee. Upon cancelling your membership, no further fees will be charged and no refunds will be provided. Membership will be terminated at the time of refund.
Modification
Tútrack reserves the right to revise the terms of the Refund Policy. Any changes made will apply to all memberships created ore renewed after the date such change was implemented.
