I can't log into my tútrack account, what do I do?
Ensure you have confirmed your account. On creation of your account, we will send an email to your nominated email address. Click on the link provided in this email to activate your account.

I am not receiving the email to reset my password.
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
1. Check your email application's spam or junk folder or filter.
2. Please note that some emails may be blocked by your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
3. Check any other Alternate Email addresses. You may have nominated another email account to receive this email.
I receive a password incorrect error message; even though I know the password is correct.
Please make sure that your caps lock key is turned off.

I keep getting a Site Maintenance error
"Site Maintenance" usually means that we are making an improvement to the database that your account is stored on. While we are doing this, you will not be able to access your account. In most instances, this maintenance will only last a few hours. Please note:
- After the maintenance is over, you will still be able to login with the same password.
- Your profile and account will not be affected by the maintenance.
- We don't do maintenance on all accounts at the same time, so it is possible that some account holders will be able to access the site whilst your account is unavailable.
- It is not necessary to contact us about Site Maintenance. If your maintenance lasts for an extended period of time, however, please click here and put "Site Maintenance" in the field Help Question.
It says my email is unregistered
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
- Ensure that you are loggin in with your correct email address. Check your email account for you original confirmation email to be sure.
- Try logging in with a nominated Alternate Email address.
- If you are having issues with your password, you can reset your password by click here .

I have two duplicate accounts. Is it possible to merge them?
Tútrack allows you to merge accounts. However, you need to copy your profile content (e.g. photo's, notes, etc) and add it manually to your more active account. Unfortunately, there will be some things you can not transfer such as ... Once you have moved all information onto a single account, please deactivate your old account from the "My Profile" page.
Afterward you can add email addresses to your new account from the "My Profile" page. Please note that maintaining multiple accounts is a violation of tútrack's Terms of Use.

I get an error using the confirmation email
Please follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
- First, try logging in (with the email address you signed up with).
- If you are unable to log in, please copy and paste the full URL (web address) of the link that you received in the confirmation email into your browser.

What do I need to do to sign up for this site?
From our Sign Up page, just provide us with your email address, desired password, address and contact number.
If you wish to register a business, follow the instructions after the Sign Up page is completed.
If you are part of a business network, you will be given instructions on how to affiliate yourself.
After you complete the Sign Up form, we will send an email to the address you provided. Clicking on the confirmation link will complete the sign up process.
It says there is an existing account associated with my email address.

How can I add another email address to my profile?
Go to the "My Profile" section and click on Add/Edit Email Addresses and type in an alternate email address. You will be sent an email with a confirmation link, clicking on the link will complete the process and activate your alternate email address.
Once the alternate email is activated, it can not be used by another account holder.
Why do I need to ensure my details are kept up to date?
Our goal is to ensure you receive the best service from our system. It is much easier for Shop Fitters to get in contact with you and provide you the opportunity to tender if all of your information is correct. The more information you provide, the more a tenderer will know about your business and what you offer.
Another benefit of keeping your information up to date is in case you forget your password. You can get a new password by visiting the Forgot my password page and suppling some verification information. After verifying this information we will then send you a temporary password to your alternate email address.
What is a public profile?
Every user has a corresponding profile page. A public profile is a page that lets other users find out about you and your business. Think of your public profile as your own page on the web. Use your profile to let associates and clients know about you.
Post your logo, display your services, update your latest news, provide links to your website, and more.
Why do I need to provide alternate email addresses?
It is important to keep your contact information updated at all times. This is in case you ever need to request a new password or if we need to contact you and you are unable to access you primary email account.
Tútrack will send messages to your primary email account, such as new password requests and password change notifications. You can also choose which email address you would like to use for receiving updates and new tender information.
