BACKGROUND
Tútrack, the concept, was founded by Rob Rowe from tú Projects (Shop Fitting Business). After bringing in external business consultants to systemise and create efficient procedures for his business, Rob believed that there had to be an easier way. This “easier” way had one main requirement, to create greater output with minimal input. Hence, the planning and development of tútrack’s core products was primarily based on the tools and processes that occur inside a Shop Fitting/Project Management businesses.
Program Developers and a Business Analyst were added to the mix and tútrack development was underway. Providing greater control, visibility and structure over current jobs as well as making it more efficient to respond to additional tender invitations by presenting greater connection with Trades and Services.
What we now have developed is a multi-purpose tracking software which offers an array of tools designed for both the Project Manager, Estimator and Business Owners and aims to provide accountability and instant communication through out each business department.
The benefit tútrack provides to our clients first and foremost is a centralised, visible area for tendering and project tracking. By tracking, we mean an area that holds all elements of the job, accessible to all team members. There can be no excuses as to why critical issues are missed or key tasks overlooked, with the array of reminders, tasks and automated alert system as well as the multiple other features and benefits designed to keep businesses on track.
